2 - Localization error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upon logging

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Errors given by Swatter upon logging in the game.

What version of the product are you using?
r24

Do you have an error log of what happened?
..\AddOns\OneRing3\libs\OneCore-1.0\localization\enUS.lua line 4:
   unexpected symbol near '@'

Please provide any additional information below.
Same error is given by Swatter with the other localizations but on line 5 instead of 4.
And btw, you probably know it...    the TOC is still out of date

    Hi...

    I just wanna know if it has been read or not.... just to know..,

    It does not prevent the addon to work... it's just an error at startup that I would like to see go away.
