3 - Cooldowns are not displayed until refresh
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an item that has a cooldown (noted with Mountain Giant Muisek Vessel)
2. No cooldown ring displays.
3. Close and reopen bag to begin display of the cooldown ring.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Immediate display of cooldown ring.
What version of the product are you using?
"v3.0.1 beta"
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.
Please provide any additional information below.
Also, slash commands don't work.
