NoEscape

Changes several of the popup dialogs to not close when hitting the Escape key.

Idea and initial implementation unashamedly stolen from Dridzt's posting here: http://forums.wowace.com/showpost.php?p=311863&postcount=2

There is no configuration as yet.

    doesn't seem to work... still happens in tb battles i will hit escape accident and have to wait for res to pass and get next res
