Known caveats

WARNING - v0.2.07 has a new feature (warnings for auto repair) that have been TOTALLY dry-coded in. This means it is probably totally broken due to some minor syntax errors.

The only reason I'm posting this is because I made the changes while away from my main system and this is a convenient way to keep a change log.

DO NOT USE THE ALPHA VERSION of 0.2.07... It will be updated to beta once I've tested it (and probably fixed a bunch of bugs)
