1. in outlands who doesn't have a flying mount
2. a question mark will appear where the mount picture should

to show the highest available mount to the player, not the world.

no error, just "imperfection" if you will.

    can you write in complete sensical sentences please?

    so the problem is that it does not give you the ground mound macro in outland if you do not have flying skill yet?
