26 - Grow Tracker Up

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Added quests make the tracker grow up instead of down.

Please provide any additional information below.
I like to put my tracker in the bottom right corner so it's less in the way.  Would be nice to have it grow up from that corner instead of trying to guesstimate how quests I may be tracking at a time.
