25 - Tracker for party members

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Ability to create a second tracker for each party member (or just one lump for all) that looks/functions the same as own tracker.

Please provide any additional information below.

I often party with my SO.  The tooltip updates are nice but I'm spoiled by an addon that hasn't been updated in 2ish years.

That thing was crazy useful. >_<  I miss being able to view others' quest logs but I'd settle for just a tracker.

I'm sure this is asking too much but I figured I'd put it on the table anyway.
