114 - Square outline on empty SBF buff slots
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any button skin other than "Dream" or "Zoomed"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expectation of showing active buffs/debuffs skinned. What is shown is all buff slots are skinned, even empty slots.
What version of the product are you using?
4.2.375
Do you have an error log of what happened?
There are no errors associated.

I noticed this problem when updating to Masque from Button Facade. I've disabled or uninstalled all add-ons and have only enabled SBF and Masque. With only SBF enabled, I do not see any empty buff slots. Having only Masque enabled seems to have no effect on any bars, be it buffs or hotbars.
