MalygosHelper: Reliability fix. Had problems getting it to function properly with the old method, so now it checks for spell cast, instead of SPELL_AURA_APPLIED_DOSE, which has no source information. It does have to add travel time to the spell instead now, so this has it's own issues. But the stacks should no longer be wrong at times.

MalygosHelper: Fixed sorting func so your bar is always at the top of the list, and made your own bar double height. The damage option now defaults to on for new installs, and the damage will no longer reset when you drop your stacks (which you shouldn't be doing!!!).
