21 - Horizontal bars that stack horizontally

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I'd like it to look like the old oUF_RuneBar plugin (which is now integrated into oUF). The bars are horizontal, but instead of stacking vertically on top of one another, they stack next to each other horizontally.

    A fair request. Likely would be an additional optional display addon. Accepted.
