19 - Unholy Blight

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Would it be possible to add Unholy Blight as a bar like frost fever and blood fever like it used to have?

Please provide any additional information below.

If it's not possible because of any changes blizzard made, what changed?

    Added this back on. It's off by default so make sure to turn it on if you want it.

    I removed Unholy Blight when it was changed from something you intentionally put up, to an automagic side effect from Death Coil. It's really not necessary to track it since with any reasonable rotation, it should always be up. Is there some Frost Strike + Unholy Blight build I'm unaware of where you'd use DC reactively solely to get UB up?
