What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chat logging toggles on and off along with combat logging.  Would like to be able to always log chat logging while still having combat logging toggle.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chat and combat logging both toggle with the same set of preferences.  I request a checkbox for an "always log chat" option to remove the chat log toggling.

This feature may be useful for recruiting or other guild-related functions.  Having a log of all visible chat doesn't take much space and having the option toggle per-zone may remove the logging of important whispers, guild chat, etc.  It's just sort of silly to only log *chat* on a per-zone basis since a lot of chat spans zones anyway (whispers, guild chat, even party and raid chat, etc.)
