12 - WTB per-raid loggin prompt

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Logging on a per-zone basis is nice, but more often my decision to log or not log a given raid depends more on who I'm running with (eg guild vs pug, and whether someone else is doing logging duty that night).

I'd like an option to automatically prompt me when I join a raid whether to enable logging for that raid. Probably still use the zone filter to avoid random combat log junk outside the instance, but if I say no to that prompt then the zone-based default should be ignored and logging disabled for the current raid.
