83 - LSW incorrectly calculating disenchant mats

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I hover over Hessonite band I expect to see 1.5x hypnotic dust and 0.5x lesser celestial essence, instead I see the reverse and the DE value is then obviously incorrect. See screentshot.

What version of the product are you using?

    yeah, okay, i see the mistake in the de tables. 25% and 75% were swapped for the dust/essence for level 272+ armors...

    oh my. that would mean all armor of the same ilevel set is bogus... hmm.... not good.
