30 - Enchant Staff calculates with Armor Vellums

There are two staff enchants, both fall under enchant 2h weapon category: one with 81 and one with 69 spell power. LSW wrongly assumes they need an Armor Vellum III to create scrolls for these enchants, instead of Weapon Vellum IIIs. Please change them to use the correct vellum.
