   - Fixed stupidity related typo causing HealComm_HealStopped to not fire when a LHC3 user stops healing

   - Fixed UnitGUID nil error caused by new cross-realm code.

   - Fixed bugs related to bad names being sent inside battlegrounds
   - Fixed Prayer of Healing not being sent out correctly
   - Fixed the wrapper not parsing multi target heals as well
   - Updated to account for changes in the LHC4 internal tables
   - If no LibHealComm-4.0 instance is found, it will give a specific error mentioning it's missing instead of the normal LibStub one
   - Fixed a bug in the HealComm_HealStopped event not passing the interrupted flag
   - Fixed typo
   - Updated to account for the fact that LHC now uses 4 entries per heal not 3
   - Wrote everything, should automatically detect when HC-3.0 is being used by a group and enable sending healing data from HC-4.0 (if it's not disabled), as well as parse HC-3.0 data and send it to HC-4.0. Will ignore the first heal comm message from HC-3.0 to be safe
   - Added no-lib-strip
   - Wheee more coding to do
