LibJokerModuleCore-1.0 - initial commit, resembles AceModuleCore-2.0 quite a bit, a few things changed.
e.g. :IsModule and :HasModule merged into :HasModule.
- :SetModuleClass doesn't exist, as Joker doesn't use classes.
- :IterateModules() => :IterateModules([enabledOnly])
- :IterateModulesWithMethod("method") => :IterateModulesWithMethod(enabledOnly, "method")
- :CallMethodOnAllModules("method", ...) => :CallMethodOnAllModules(enabledOnly, "method", ...)
- The namespace of modules is automatically core.name .. "_" .. module.moduleName guaranteed to be unique.
- modules' enabled/disabled state will no longer depend on what its database will say if it uses a database mixin, that is purely stored in the core.

LibJoker-1.0 - add :GetContractFunctions("namespace", ...)
- make all libraries use the contract functions instead of doing it in the normal function itself.
- options to disable the contracts from running will be added in a bit.
