LibJokerLocale-1.0 - have locale objects clear 5 seconds after registration, to save memory later on if it's a 1-time thing.
- since initial translations are calculated and cached, repeated translations are very fast, but it uses a bit of memory. By clearing after 5 seconds, the one-time-only translations will have been taken care of, but repeated translations will recache and be fast throughout.

- since initial translations are calculated and cached, repeated translations are very fast, but it uses a bit of memory. By clearing after 5 seconds, the one-time-only translations will have been taken care of, but repeated translations will recache and be fast throughout.
