LibRangeCheck-2.0

3 - Monk class missing from Friend|HarmSpells tables

It appears that MONK is the redheaded stepchild where range checking based on class spells is concerned :P

    Hello,

    I'll check the spellIds you provided, and add them to the lib when I'll have a bit of time this week (if the PTR is up...).

    Regarding the additional bandages: it's not really necessary to add those, as you don't have to have the item in the inventory for IsItemInRange() to work, but it doesn't hurt either... I'll check those, too, though. If you want to play around with a bit of debugging stuff, you can install RangeDisplay from SVN and do:

    /script RangeDisplay.db.profile.debug = true

    and reload the UI. After this you'll have an addition Debug menu in the Options panel, where you can play around with various checkers (checking items in cache, etc).

    edit: you'll need LibRangeCheck-2.0 from SVN, too

    I'll abuse this ticket to add some more bandages as well.

    Tell me if you'd prefer them in a separate ticket (I could also just commit those as it's not a functionality change).

    This is the partial list to be added under FriendItems[15] below the frostweave bandages

            74556, -- Embersilk Bandage
            74557, -- Heavy Embersilk Bandage
            88893, -- Dense Embersilk Bandage
            102697, -- Windwool Bandage
            102698, -- Heavy Windwool Bandage (pre-600 skill version)
            102699, -- Heavy Windwool Bandage (post-600 skill version)

    There's not too many useful abilities but if we stick to base skills (no talent or specialization ones and also from equidistant ones pick those available at the lowest possible level) maybe this list is somewhat useful?

    FriendSpells["MONK"] = {
        115178, -- ["Resuscitate"], -- 40
    }
    HarmSpells["MONK"] = {
        115546, -- ["Provoke"], -- 40
        115078, -- ["Paralysis"], -- 20
        100780, -- ["Jab"], -- 5
    }
