4 - initial view of tooltip weirdness

the behavior is only on first viewing of a tooltip. Its almost as if column widths aren't properly calculated at first. Anyway, subsequent viewings its all normal.

    I think r49 mostly fixed this too. I have only been able to find *one* column that still gives me "...", but its working in like, 99% of cases. Awesomesauce.
