LibFail-1.0

41 - FAIL_TYPE_NOTMOVING and FAIL_TYPE_MOVING inversion?

FAIL_TYPE_NOTMOVING (lib.FAIL_TYPE_NOTMOVING    = "notmoving" -- fails at not moving with probably something on him that triggers on movement) is used in place of FAIL_TYPE_MOVING (lib.FAIL_TYPE_MOVING      = "moving" -- fails at moving out of shit), at least in :

- Fail_Valithria_ColumnofFrost
- Fail_Yogg_OminousCloud
- Fail_Halion_TwilightCutter
- Fail_Halion_MeteorStrike
- Fail_TheLichKing_Defile
- Fail_Gunship_Explosion_Knockback
- etc. (almost all cases? all cases?)
