  This is being reported over and over again for IceHUD. I guess I'll have to fire up a trial account and see what's going on.

  Not a PitBull4 problem but a bug in LibDogTag-Unit-3.0. I'd suggest you migrate to LuaTexts since LibDogTag is only minimally supported anymore.
