What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having Fonter installed
2. Having kgPanels installed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Custom background artwork should appear, instead if Fonter is installed all the artwork disappears.

I apologize if its actually fonter producing this error.  Thought it might have something to do with kgpanels as that was the first addon reporting an issue in the bugsack.
