2 - Background Insets Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changing the background insets

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Top changes Left
Left changes Top
Bottom changes Right
Right changes Bottom

What version of the product are you using?

Alright, I can accept that.
When editing the export information it switches to being in a different order. I was editing it to do mass edits because they aren't copied over correctly from eePanels and entering it in the same order as they appear in the menu had them end up odd.
