What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Multiple, possibly a large number of, setting changes over time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The interface quickly changing/applying settings, instead it will cause WoW to freeze for longer and longer periods of time and use more memory.

What version of the product are you using?
1.13

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
