9 - Bad IOP rating for caster main hand weapons

I use r105, german client:

Wanted: Main hand (caster) weapons are totaly under-rated. E.g. my chest has a much higer IOP-rating than my mainhand sword. BUT: the chest only gives my about 350 caster stats (Spellpower, crit, haste) - the sword gives me about 800!!! I Would expect the main hand weapon have an IOP rating of about 400, not 80.
