7 - Other players gems not taken into account

I use r105, german client:

Folowing problems exist:
IOP only takes gems in my gear into calcualtion. Other players gear rating is calcualted without their gems! E.g. if I look at my gear I get a value of 2236, others that watch me only get 2015... Items without gems are rated identicaly, items with gems are rated differnt (If I view mine they are higher)
