1. A "report" function/button that works similar to the Recount reports.
Send a sorted list (by IOP score) of the Top N (party,raid,guild,all) players to the chat window (say, party, raid, guild, whisper to).

2. Build in group detection smarts and scan shortcut.  You can tell when someone is in a group or raid.
If I'm in a raid then automatically scan raid (/iop raid)  when I type /iop
If I'm in a 5man group then automatically scan party (/iop party) when i type /iop
Also, report function above should send the appropriate report if Im in a group or raid.

3. Store and report, in a new column, each player's spec.  Similar to TipTacTalents.
Ex.  Arcane (57/3/11)  
You could also maybe just list the text  "Arcane" and show the breakdown numbers on mouseover.
