I really like the add-on. I have some enhancement ideas.

1. I've had an idea for an addon that would grab the dungeon & raid statistics for players (How many dungeons entered, How many completed, etc. ) that are now available from the achievement API.  These stat function are similar to the inspection functions in that you have to be within inspection distance to get them.
The idea is to get an idea of what the dungeon/raid experience is for each player in your party or raid.  I would like to see a snapshot of these main statistics in addition to their equipment score.  I think it makes sense to add this functionality into IOP.  You can simply collect these stats when you do the inspection and display another column or two to show the results.

2. Add functionality (or an option) to do the automatic party/raid scan that is now available only from the command line.  ..maybe when you check the button to filter results for the party/raid you could do the auto scan.  ...or scan a few times automatically once an instance is entered.
