5 - Add tooltip info colour change option

Would you please consider adding a method of changing the colour of the info added to the tooltip (in-game option or lua code change option)?  At present I find that it blends in sometimes a little too well with other information in the tooltip and makes it a little harder to find and sometimes a little too easy to miss.  I find the tooltip option very useful and would just like to make it a little more obvious to me.  Many thanks.
