Description

I would like to be able to add a buff or debuff to special, can this be added. For example.

3 Holy Power (active)
Sacred Duty (buff)
Shield of the Righteous (Lights up)

So we can use it when we need it.

This would also be good for things like Keeping Holy Shield up. If Holy Shield has less then X seconds Use Shield of the Righteous, otherwise if more then X amount of seconds use if 3 Holy Power + Sacred Duty up.

I can see where this would be helpful for multiple specs, and classes. Not just a protection paladin. I know I can do this with Power Aura's but I love Inline so much better.
