16 - argent tournament mount Defend buff

----- What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use an argent tournament mount (vehicle)
2. click on the defend button
3. defend buff is up

----- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
defend should highlight on the bar but it is not

Fixed in r60. Check for next release.

It seems vehicles mess up auras. Even simple buffs do not work properly while on a argent tournament mount.
