What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on the totems module in Icehud
2. Create and dismiss a bunch of totems
 - The first time I encountered the error was after about 10 totems
 - The second time was after 40 or 50.
3. After that, the error is produced with each subsequent totem dismissal
4. After the error (below) is produced, you can no longer dismiss totems by right-clicking them.  This is a new issue I discovered after the second time I encountered it.
