66 - Upgrade to Ace3

Upgrade the underlying main library dependency from Ace2 to Ace3. This will reduce some of the memory HeadCount uses, plus provide a better base of support since Ace3 is actively supported and maintained while there is uncertainty for the Ace2 project.
