43 - Add function: continue raid or merge raids
We usually do raids in more than one chunk, say Naxx in 2 or three days. Therefor it would be most handy if it was possible to "continue" a selected raid or "merge selected" raids.
What would be the best scenario if HeadCount would autodetect the zone, look for the RaidID and continue a previous raid, if it has the same RaidID or make a new one, if the RaidID is different.
