34 - Raid management

*** Overview - Describe the feature from an end-user perspective.
An option should be added to allow the user to manage configured data for each raid.  Specifically, it would be nice to have a raid management dialog that allows the user to change one or more of the following data options:

- Raid name - The user can change the name of the raid for display purposes
- Raid note - The user can enter and save an arbitrary note about the raid.
- Raid difficulty - The user can change the saved raid difficulty.
- Raid zone - The user can change the saved zone for the raid.

*** Functionality - Describe the feature from a development perspective.

*** Notes - Is there any additional information to provide regarding this feature?
Changing management options should not conflict with time tracking data.  This ruins the integrity of the tracked time data.

New and changed options should be stored in export formats where applicable.

*** Use cases - How would a user make use of this feature?
