12 - Loot inclusion management

"Thank you for this wonderful addon!!!

Apart from a popular "make loot icons abit smaller" request I want to ask is it possible to add specific loot tracking wich will override quality settings? I.e. loot quality set to rare, but I want to track how much Marks of The Illidari looted during the raid, wich are green.

But its not so important, <3 again!"

Add loot inclusion list (whitelist) functionality.  This would allow users to set a minimum loot quality level, but still include items lower than the configured quality for tracking purposes.

    Add an inclusion option to allow for players to create a loot whitelist. This would for example allow users to set a minimum loot level of epic, but track specific uncommon green items since they are on the whitelist.

    The only consideration to make is what to do when an item is on the whitelist/blacklist or to put proper validation in place to not allow this.
