My current setup (i need to clean it up some its kind of confusing)

I have 2 lines of text, on the 2nd shows a # for a chi burst target. Currently the higher the number the better the target is. The highest number will use the 2nd color you specify in the settings (mine is yellow). You can see there are many many numbers, it is an old picture of a poor setup. I should change the "Min Total Missing Health" slider to a higher amount so targets with low amount of heals would not show. Even though the highest target does not appear to missing health, it is still the best target because between you and them there is a higher healing amount then the others.
