176 - Account items not available on all toons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I logged into one of my toons (i think i had logged into this one before fully setting up grid2) and none of the settings from my other toons are there.
(my warlock, hunter, priest and druid all have access to the same settings and the display looks the same - for my mage i do not have access to alot of the setting that are set as account and the size and positioning of grid2 is off compared to the above toons)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have all toons have access to all account level information

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log was produced
