171 - Error at layers account / paladins with other chars

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. fresh install / delete all configs
2. log in as paladin and configure "side-bottom" as account and add a status "debuff-Forbearance" as layer paladin
3. log in with another char

Do you have an error log of what happened?
"       ***failed mapping: debuff-Forbearance status: nil priority: 100 layer: account indicator: side-bottom"

I definitly set the layer of "debuff-Forbearance" as paladin, yet it claims to be account and could not be mapped.
