58 - Improve aura configuration menu

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The aura menu should allow for groups of buffs which can be enabled/disabled as a group.  Auras should be unique only within a group so that the same aura can have multiple settings (ex. My HoTs and All HoTs).

Please provide any additional information below.

Possibly allow groups to be activated when in a zone with the same name (handy for raid debuffs).

Possibly allow groups to be activated when in a specific party type (arena vs. raid).
