288 - Grid disappears after DC

What were you doing when the problem occured?
Coming back to a raid mid-combat after a disconnection.
What happened? What did you expect to happen instead?
The Grid frames did not appear. I had to perform a reloadUI to make the frames appear in order to continue healing. This seems to happen anytime you zone in/log in while in combat. For example, it also happened every time I zone into H DtK because you start off in combat at the beginning. It would be nice if frames can still be updated so recovery from a disconnect isn't as harmful.

Phanx Mar 14, 2010 at 21:56 UTC - 0 likesUnfortunately there is not really anything Grid can do about this, as Blizzard restrictions prevent it from creating any frames during combat, and by the time addons are loaded on login (as opposed to on reload) the client is usually already in combat lockdown.
