148 - Unit health setting is crossed with Health Deficit settings.

What were you doing when the problem occured?
Happens all the time since a few patches ago.

What happened?  What did you expect to happen instead?
 I think a few patches ago unit health crossed lines with the health deficit output. So both the unit health module and the unit deficit module show health deficit(missing health not total health.)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors.

Please provide any additional information below.
You'll notice the indicator when if you turn on text 2 and turn on health deficit for the frame that does not have unit health enabled.
