129 - Grid Not Detecting "Poison" Debuff
What version of Grid are you using? r1191
What version (and language) of WoW are you using? en-US
What were you doing when the problem occured? Fighting mobs.
What happened? What did you expect to happen instead?
I got a poison debuff called "Poison" and expected the border of Grid to be lit up in a green color as I had specified. Grid was unable to detect the debuff, even though Pitbull does detect it and it can be removed using the Paladin's cleanse spell. I know I have Grid configured properly because a separate type of poison named "Debilitating Poison" was detected properly and shown on the border of Grid using the exact same options. (See the two screenshots I've attached.) This appears to happen anytime the poison debuff is simply the "Poison" spell. I'm not exactly sure which one it is, but you can test it on the darkmist spiders in Dustwallow or on the Pridewings in Stonetalon Mountain.
Do you have an error log of what happened? No error appeared. It simply failed to detect the debuff.
Please provide any additional information below.

Phanx Aug 20, 2009 at 01:29 UTC - 0 likesFixed in r1212. This will prevent you from tracking the debuff named "Poison" individually, but I don't anticipate anyone ever wanting to do this. Same goes for any theoretical debuffs named "Curse", "Disease", or "Magic".

Got the Standard "Poison" Debuff from the Trantulas in Redrige Mountains and earlier from the Merlocs along the Coast of Westfall. The debuff is simply named "poison" of the type poison and is not detected by the Debuff: Type Poison filter in Grid.
I wiped settings and went with default everything and still I got nothing, I did however add a user made debuff to the list titled "poison" which did detect it however the poison type filter still did not.
