Watching for a specific buff or debuff
In Karazhan and beyond, many of the encounters involve unique buffs and debuffs. For example: healers need to be aware of who has Garrote when fighting Moroes. Grid can show you who has these buffs and debuffs if you add them in the aura status menu.
After adding the debuff to the aura menu, you'll have to decide which indicator to display it on. Since most of these unique buffs and debuffs are not dispellable, showing them on the border indicator is best so that the health bar is fully visible.
