42 - Add shaman Ancestral Vigor

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Track the Ancestral Vigor Buff (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=105284) for shamans.

I upload the GridStatusHots.lua I have edited myself (r178). I did a copy of Ancestral Fortitude buff with
s/AncestralFortitude/AncestralVigor/
s/fortitude/vigor/
s/forttime/vigortime/

Working ig, but I could have missed something…
