GridStatusHots - WoW AddOns

Separate indicator with timer (and counter) for: Rejuvenation, Regrowth, Lifebloom, Wild Growth, Riptide, Earthliving, Earth Shield, Renew, Grace, Prayer of Mending, Power Word: Shield, Weakened Soul, Divine Aegis, Inspiration, Ancestral Fortitude and Beacon of Light.

Notice that GridStatusHots does not output icons, only colors and texts, so it will not work if displayed in e.g. the "Center Icon" indicator.

IMPORTANT (r174 alpha / 4.2.0.2b beta or newer): ALL STATUSES SHOULD NOW BE DISABLED BY DEFAULT SO YOU WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY (RE-)ENABLE THEM! (e.g. Grid -> Status -> My Hots -> My Renew -> check enabled)

I am a druid healer and a disc priest... I used to really love this addon because it would tell me how many stacks and the duration on them of my lifebloom specifically. Sometimes the addon works, but It generally bugs during raids. Then I reload my ui and it is usually fine for an unpredictable amount of time... that is on my druid. On my priest, the addon no longer shows me how many grace stacks I have on targets, which is a bit of a big deal to me since they do give a significant healing boost. I don't know If I am doing something wrong, But, I am a little heart broken at the idea of selecting another addon; I have been using grid for about 4 years now at least. Is there anything that I can do to get the addon to work for me?

Have you any plans to do this for Grid2 too? Currently this is the only reason for me why I'm not switching to Grid2, the only feature that I'm missing there and I can't play with hoticons or hotbars...

You misunderstood me. GSH uses SendStatusGained, as all other status plugins. One of the arguments is an icon texture, but GSH does not set this argument. So if you have an icon indicator you can't use the GSH statusses with it, because they don't send the texture. It's just what you say in your description on this very page.

I'm asking why it's not doing this. I've fixed this for a person asking for it in a forum, and didn't find any subtle problems with it (I just edited this function call to include the texture), so... yeah, that's why I'm asking :)

You don't need GSH if you want to see an Icon for a status.

Is there a reason GSH does not send an Icon with the status? It's easily done (I think) and it's one of the more often asked questions in the forums where I help out people.
