21 - Mana Bar size and step modification

I request a code modification that I am doing myself for quite some time now, and would be nice to not have to edit the code on every update.
Here is a list of variables that I would love to have them modified:

Min value changed from 5 to 1.
Max value is ok as it is.
Step value changed from 5 to 1.
