What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the option to hide the "No ticket" text.
2. Create a ticket.
3. Wait until the ticket is closed while you are offline.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I come online (and see the GM response), the "No ticket" text is shown although it shouldn't.
What version of the product are you using?
Do you have an error log of what happened?
