23 - filters should respect honor requirements on pvp gear

http://www.wowhead.com/item=61360 Vicious Gladiator's Barrier  and other things require  you to earn a certain amount of honor in the current season to buy them "requires a total of 7250 honor points this season", which for me is red.
i think the usable filter should also cover that
